Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications professional with a strong background in content strategy and product marketing communications to join our global marketing team. This role will be pivotal in supporting new product launches and driving regional marketing content strategies for our healthcare portfolio. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in marketing communications within the healthcare industry, preferably in the imaging sector, with expertise in IT, software, SaaS, cloud, and informatics solutions in a B2B environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing communications strategy for global product launches, ensuring alignment with brand and portfolio objectives.
  • Develop integrated content plans that support product positioning and messaging across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Portfolio Strategy, and Central Imaging Marketing Communications teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Create and manage high-value marketing assets, including:
    • Product launch kits (brochures, presentations, videos)
    • Thought leadership content (white papers, blogs, case studies)
    • Regional campaign materials tailored for local markets
    • Digital content for web, social media, and email campaigns
  • Ensure consistent messaging across global and regional initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize content workflows and leverage content management systems for efficient asset delivery.
     

Sample Projects

  • Global launch campaign for a new product innovation.
  • Development of regional content playbooks for emerging markets.
  • Management of regionally-owned industry events.
  • Social media advocacy content leveraging platforms like EveryoneSocial.
  • Integration of marketing assets into Adobe Workfront, Showpad, and other CMS tools.
     

Key Stakeholders

  • Product Marketing – for product positioning and messaging.
  • Field Marketing – for regional campaign execution.
  • Marketing Operations-for deployment and reporting of campaigns
  • Portfolio Strategy Team – for alignment with business priorities.
  • Central Imaging Marketing Communications – for brand consistency and global coordination.
     

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications and content strategy.
  • Proven success in healthcare marketing, preferably in imaging and informatics.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing for IT, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with employee advocacy platforms (e.g., EveryoneSocial) and content management systems (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Showpad).

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $145,600.00-$218,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
