Left Field Labs is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join an embedded team. This position requires a high-ownership Lead to architect and execute a social-first, multi-channel campaign designed to turn this product from an occasional trial into a daily consumer habit. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical deployment to drive measurable lifts in transaction frequency and wallet share.
Responsibilities- Design and lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale co-marketing roadmap. You will turn abstract goals into a concrete tactical plan that aligns our brand with retail and ecommerce partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners. You will navigate complex creative approval processes, reconcile conflicting business priorities, and ensure mutual value across all joint ventures
- Orchestrate a seamless consumer journey by integrating high-impact social and influencer campaigns with "real world" physical touchpoints (POS/In-store) and our internal O&O channels (Email, In-Product)
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget with precision. This includes bi-weekly burn reporting, financial forecasting, and ensuring every dollar is optimized for maximum ROI
- Partner closely with data analysts to track the pulse of the campaign. You will define and monitor key performance indicators such as incrementality, cost per incremental user, and transaction lift
- Own the production lifecycle. You will manage the long lead times of physical signage and the rapid-response needs of digital content, ensuring no deadlines are missed in a complex, moving ecosystem
- Leverage generative AI tools to maintain a high-velocity output. You will use AI to synthesize vast amounts of stakeholder feedback, accelerate creative brainstorming, and draft initial content, all while maintaining strict brand integrity
- Operate with high autonomy. You are expected to hold a strong point of view, identify potential bottlenecks or strategic risks early, and proactively escalate them to leadership with proposed solutions
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor
- Proven track record of managing large-scale partnerships with retail/ecommerce businesses, including navigating conflicting priorities and joint creative approvals
- A "self-starter" mindset with the confidence to hold a strong POV, manage complex timelines, and escalate strategic risks to leadership proactively
- Direct experience overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, including bi-weekly burn reporting and financial management
- Expert-level knowledge of social/influencer strategy integrated with "real world" physical touchpoints (POS/In-store signage) and O&O channels (email, in-product)
- Ability to collaborate with analysts to define incrementality, cost per incremental user, and transaction and brand lift metrics
- Familiarity with the lead times and logistical requirements of channels, including physical signage
- Proficient in leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate content drafting, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and brainstorm creative executions, ensuring a high-velocity output without sacrificing brand quality or strategic depth

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $165,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
