As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns for Lonza Bioscience Solutions. Working in a multifaceted international environment, you will be responsible for crafting content strategies, ensuring flawless execution, and driving campaign performance across digital and traditional channels. By collaborating closely with product managers, sales, and cross-functional teams, you will supply to achieving marketing goals and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cohesive content strategies and assets to support Lonza’s overall marketing and branding initiatives.

Own the creation and execution of annual tactical marketing plans, working closely with Product Managers and collaborators.

Drive digital-first campaigns, bringing to bear digital channels to engage target audiences and achieve objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.

Be responsible for the execution of campaigns within budget and timelines, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build compelling content, including messaging, copy, and visuals, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.

Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.

Handle the coordination of internal and external teams, including designers and partners, to ensure marketing materials adhere to corporate guidelines and are delivered on time.

Strategic, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated with experience in agile marketing practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Possess a BS degree (minimum), with a background in marketing, business, or life sciences.

The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is expected to range is between $86,400.00 and $100,800.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
