We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

  • Developed attribution models that quantify the impact of various marketing touchpoints on revenue generation.
  • Conducted deep-dive funnel and conversion analyses, identifying optimization opportunities to improve lead quality and sales alignment.
  • Built a strong partnership with Finance and Revenue Ops teams to provide marketing spend analysis and pipeline forecasting support.
  • Partnered with RevOps and IT to ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of marketing data across all relevant systems.

  • Optimize lead-to-revenue funnel performance, identifying and addressing drop-off points in the conversion process.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy by providing data-backed insights on pipeline generation and marketing spend efficiency.
  • Strengthen marketing data infrastructure and automation by integrating analytics across key platforms.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of marketing channels, website analytics, and common marketing metrics.
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
  • Builder mindset: Excels at taking ownership in an environment where processes and systems need to be built and standardized from the ground up.
  • Bias for action: Driven to get things moving quickly, prioritize impact, and execute programs with speed and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools and a typical martech stack to extract and analyze complex datasets.
  • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and campaign ROI measurement.

Nice to have skills and experience we’d prioritize…

  • Experience serving the healthcare and life sciences industry.
  • Experience in statistical modeling, including a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science.
