General Responsibilities:
The Senior Market Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market execution by leading a field sales and marketing team across key accounts and retail partners. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that Belkin products are effectively represented, promoted, and sold across all assigned channels.
The Team Lead will manage a team of field sales managers/representatives, oversee in-store activation, ensure best-in-class merchandising, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners. This role is accountable for delivering sales targets, improving attach rates, and executing programs that elevate Belkin’s presence in the marketplace
Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of field marketing sales managers to achieve and exceed sales, merchandising, and promotional execution goals.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement field strategies that drive product sell-through across retail and carrier channels.
- Act as primary point of contact for escalations and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, and product management teams.
- Establish and define timing for how we scale up the team numbers and define the optimal number of reps per region and account.
- Oversee execution of new product launches (NPI), ensuring flawless merchandising, training, and retail activation.
- Provide guidance and feedback to field teams on account performance, competitive activity, and customer insights.
- Develop custom training materials tailored for key accounts, ensuring sales teams and retail partners are equipped with the right knowledge and positioning to maximize sell-through
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance team effectiveness and retail partner knowledge.
- Own reporting and KPI tracking for the field marketing sales team, including sales performance, execution compliance, and ROI on programs.
- Partner with marketing and channel marketing teams to develop localized promotional initiatives and in-store activations.
- Represent Belkin at retail events, trade shows, and partner meetings, providing leadership presence and brand advocacy.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retailer and carrier partners, ensuring Belkin remains a top-of-mind, trusted brand.
- Manage team scheduling, workload distribution, and performance reviews.
- Travel domestically as required (up to 50–60%).

- Decision Making/Judgment: Able to analyze data, make informed decisions quickly, and balance strategic priorities with field realities.
- Product Knowledge & Positioning: Know and explain product features/benefits, position products effectively against competitors, and apply market knowledge to drive sales strategies.
- Problem Solving: Anticipates challenges, develops creative solutions, and ensures smooth execution of retail programs.
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to represent Belkin effectively with partners and team members.
- Training & Enablement: Ability to design, deliver, and adapt training programs and materials for both internal teams and retail partners, ensuring consistent messaging, stronger sales execution, and improved partner engagement.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales/field marketing experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or related industries.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics, merchandising execution, and promotional activation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with sales reporting tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite.

Location:Range for this position:
$110,000 - $140,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
