Title and Summary
Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development
Join our dynamic Services Business Development team, where you will play a pivotal role in selling the comprehensive suite of Services products and solutions across all market segments. Our team is dedicated to understanding and addressing the unique needs and distinctions of customers and offerings at the regional level to ensure tailored and effective solutions.
In this role, you will take the lead for the Acceptance, Acquirer, and Payfac segments, ensuring strategic direction and execution across these critical areas to drive growth and deliver value to our clients.
Main Responsibilities• Regional Services Sales and Servicing: Work as part of a regionally aligned, front-line sales team, engaging with prospects and existing customers to generate revenue and drive business growth.• Acceptance Vertical Strategy and Solutioning: Develop and implement industry-specific strategies and messaging. Collaborate with local teams to maximize direct sales efforts and foster vertical market growth.• Platform Renewals and Cross-sell: Lead and share best practices for retaining and expanding current platform relationships, focusing on renewals and identifying cross-selling opportunities.• MA Channels and Network Sales: Partner with product teams to integrate Services offerings into broader MA relationships, expanding our reach and influence.• Commercial Partnerships: Execute partnership strategies that deliver value to clients, the Services team, and MA. Manage partnerships and support indirect sales initiatives.• Revenue Maximization: Collaborate with product teams to develop new pricing models, generate leads, manage sales pipelines, optimize funding, perform competitive analysis, and measure performance to accelerate revenue growth.

All About You
• Proven experience at an Acquirer, Payfac, Gateway or Payments Company. Additional prior experience in management consulting preferred• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred• Professional level English language capability. Additional Portuguese language capability preferred • Strong commercial skills, strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills• Strong presence & communication skills - both interpersonal & written• Excellent client management & engagement management skills • Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
