About the Role

At Alpha, you will be pivotal in leading engagements to identify and implement solutions for a range of issues facing asset and wealth managers. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business & technology challenges.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the wider Alpha community by making innovative and proactive contributions to one or more of Alpha’s business management or practice areas
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the challenges facing the Asset & Wealth Management Industry and acting as an expert in a least one area in demand by clients

Experience & Skills

  • Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain, spanning multiple client segments, investment products, and operating models.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex programs across the full lifecycle from operating model design, business case development, and vendor evaluation/selection through to implementation and transformation delivery. Experience in specialized domains such as Trading, Risk, Research, Investment Operations, or Performance/Attribution is highly valued.
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders from senior executives and investment leaders to operations and technology teams. Must be comfortable leading executive-level workshops, steering committees, and program forums.
