Talkiatry is looking for a Senior Manager, Web Experience to own Talkiatry.com as a digital product. This is our logged-out experience: homepage, landing pages, treatment and condition pages, SEO content, insurance and state pages, provider discovery surfaces, and campaign experiences.

The right person operates the site the way a product manager runs a product: with a clear roadmap, strong cross-functional judgment, crisp prioritization, and relentless attention to quality. You will improve the visitor experience and help more qualified visitors start the application flow.

This is not a traditional web manager or CMS producer role. We need someone who can set direction, diagnose issues, prioritize work based on business impact, and personally ship or prototype many website improvements using Webflow, front-end tools, analytics tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

Our site runs on Webflow, and we have external development support for larger production work. What we need is the person who drives the system: roadmap, scoping, QA, documentation, SEO/AEO structure, accessibility standards, tracking hygiene, and daily site quality.

About Talkiatry:

Talkiatry is transforming mental health care by making high-quality psychiatry more accessible, human, and sustainable for both patients and clinicians. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, we were built to solve one of healthcare’s most urgent challenges: millions of people struggle to access mental health care, while clinicians face growing administrative burden and burnout. Through our technology-powered, in-network platform, we’re changing that, creating a better experience for patients and empowering clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Today, Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists, 250+ therapists, and more than two million patient visits delivered nationwide. At our scale, every innovation has real impact. Every workflow we improve, every technology solution we build, and every patient experience we redesign helps thousands of clinicians provide better care to hundreds of thousands of patients. We’re not just growing quickly — we’re redefining how behavioral healthcare is delivered in America.

Joining Talkiatry means joining a mission-driven team that is solving complex problems at scale, driving meaningful change in healthcare, and building the future of mental health care with compassion, innovation, and purpose.

You will:
  • Website strategy and roadmap You will own the marketing website roadmap across core site pages, landing pages, SEO/AEO content, provider discovery surfaces, and campaign experiences. You will translate business goals into a sequenced roadmap and define what should be built and why.

  • Qualified application starts Your primary metric will be visitor to qualified application start conversion rate. You will improve the web-controlled factors that influence whether a qualified visitor starts the application flow, including page experience, trust signals, CTA strategy, eligibility clarity, accessibility, site speed, and analytics quality.

  • SEO, AEO, and organic growth You will improve technical SEO and answer-engine optimization in partnership with Growth and Content, including crawlability, internal linking, schema, metadata, page structure, FAQs, and retrieval-friendly content patterns.

  • Site quality and accessibility You will take proactive ownership of site health, QA processes, template hygiene, mobile checks, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.

  • Hands-on web execution You will build, modify, and QA website pages, templates, CMS components, redirects, metadata, schema, forms, and landing-page variants using Webflow, HTML, CSS, browser DevTools, and AI-assisted tools.

  • External development partnership You will scope work for external development partners, write clear briefs, review output with a critical eye, and know when to build something yourself versus hand it off.

  • CMS governance and website operations You will maintain CMS structure, templates, components, redirects, publishing workflows, and site hygiene so the website can scale without becoming fragmented.

  • Analytics, tracking, and privacy-sensitive web hygiene You will partner with Growth, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance on website instrumentation, event tracking, pixels, consent/privacy rules, attribution, and QA.

You Have:
  • 5-8+ years in website product management, growth product, web strategy, SEO, digital experience, or a related role.

  • Strong product sense across user journeys, prioritization, roadmap ownership, experimentation, funnel thinking, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Hands-on HTML and CSS capability; comfort using browser DevTools and diagnosing routine front-end issues.

  • Deep CMS experience with Webflow or comparable platforms such as Contentful, WordPress, Sanity, Prismic, or similar.

  • Strong SEO expertise, including technical SEO, content SEO, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and redirects.

  • AEO/GEO fluency or a clear ability to develop it quickly, including AI Overviews, answer-engine optimization, FAQs, and retrieval-friendly content architecture.

  • Accessibility expertise, including WCAG 2.2 AA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, accessible forms, contrast, and inclusive UX QA.

  • Analytics fluency, including GA4, GTM or similar tag management, event tracking, funnel reporting, tag QA, and attribution awareness.

  • Experience working with external agencies or dev shops, including scoping, briefing, QA, and accountability for outcomes.

  • Strong documentation habits: your docs are clean, current, and usable by cross-functional partners.

  • Comfort using AI coding, research, SEO, QA, and productivity tools as part of your everyday workflow.

  • Strong cross-functional operating ability across Growth, Creative, Content, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Compliance.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, marketplace, fintech, insurance, or another regulated/high-trust category.

  • Experience with YMYL content, medical review processes, HIPAA/privacy-sensitive environments, or compliance-heavy workflows.

  • Experience building programmatic or scalable SEO systems.

  • CRO experience, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, user journey analysis, heatmaps/session replay, and experiment measurement.

  • A portfolio, personal site, GitHub, or work samples that show how you think and build.

  • Collaborative environment: be part of building something from the ground up at a fast-paced startup

  • Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision, effective day 1 of employment, 401K with match, generous PTO plus paid holidays, paid parental leave, and more!
