Process and Candidate Experience Lead
The Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead, Process & Candidate Experience is responsible for designing, enhancing, and governing end-to-end recruiting processes that deliver a consistent, efficient, and exceptional experience for candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders. This role owns the global process optimization and improvement roadmap and partners closely with the Communications & Training Lead to operationalize process changes, drive adoption, and embed new ways of working across the global TA organization.
A recognized expert within the discipline, this individual develops and implements new standards, operational plans, and process improvements with a meaningful impact on functional results. The role requires extensive collaboration with TA leadership, HR, and cross-functional partners to ensure processes, technology, and change initiatives align with the organization’s strategy and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and recruiters alike.
What You Will Do:
Process Management & Optimization
- Lead the design, evaluation, and improvement of global end-to-end TA processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all business units and regions.
- Drive harmonization efforts across geographies or divisions, developing standardized processes that balance global consistency with local flexibility.
- Partner with HR Technology to define enhancements and optimize the use of Workday and related TA technologies, improving both recruiter and candidate experience.
- Define and monitor key process metrics to assess effectiveness, adoption, and operational impact.
- Develop and oversee an audit process to measure adoption, compliance, and effectiveness of new or updated TA processes.
- Ensure processes are documented, transparent, and aligned with organizational policies, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Continuously identifies opportunities for innovation and simplification to enhance operational effectiveness
Candidate Experience Leadership
- Oversee the strategy for candidate experience across all TA touchpoints, ensuring processes and tools support a positive, consistent, and inclusive experience.
- Analyze candidate feedback and listening channel data (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with TA leaders to translate insights into actionable changes, ensuring follow-up communication and measurable improvement.
Change Management & Training
- Lead change management activities for process and technology updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported throughout transitions.
- Partner closely with the Communications & Training Lead to co-design communication strategies, training plans, readiness activities, and enablement resources that ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
- Develop frameworks, guides, and toolkits to support consistent understanding and adoption of new processes and practices across global TA teams.
- Partner with Learning & Development and TA leadership to implement training programs that embed new ways of working.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience in talent acquisition operations, process management, or HR program design OR an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, process management, or HR program design.
- Experience in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar) and related TA technologies.
- Experience as a project lead or managing projects.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and drive consensus across complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Proficiency with tools and technology including O365 Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
