Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of 5–10 supply planning professionals, including Supply Planning Managers and individual contributors. This role is responsible for overseeing supply planning operations across multiple regions and project portfolios, driving the development of planning tools, performing advanced analytics, and managing escalations to executive leadership.The Sr. Manager will play a key role in aligning supply planning with broader procurement and operational strategies, ensuring that planning decisions support cost optimization, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation. This role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic Leadership
Lead and manage a team of Supply Planning Managers and Planners across multiple operational regions.
Set departmental goals, performance standards, and planning methodologies.
Represent the Supply Planning function in executive-level discussions and cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced Planning & Analytics
Develop and maintain advanced planning tools and models to support scenario analysis and decision-making.
Perform analytics to assess supply risks, cost impacts, and schedule trade-offs.
Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and responsiveness.
Escalation & Issue Resolution
Manage the escalation of supply planning issues, including supplier delays, engineering changes, and schedule conflicts.
Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management leadership to resolve high-impact issues.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, procurement, or operations, including leadership of multi-level teams.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python).
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements.
Deep understanding of utility-scale PV, BESS, and HV project supply chains.
