Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement Organizational Learning, reporting to the Senior Director RBS Learning & Enablement, is a key leadership role responsible for designing, deploying, and continuously improving enterprise-wide learning and enablement programs that accelerate the maturity of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). This leader will drive the modernization of our learning ecosystem, champion the adoption of CI principles, and ensure alignment with business strategy and leadership competencies. The Senior Manager partners closely with RBS leaders, HR, and functional executives to deliver measurable business impact through learning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development, deployment, and continuous improvement of RBS learning and enablement programs across the enterprise.

  • Oversee the creation, curation, and modernization of training content, toolkits, and digital learning platforms, ensuring alignment with RBS CI strategy and business priorities.

  • Direct the execution of large-scale, cross-functional CI training initiatives, including in-person and virtual sessions, and ensure consistent delivery and adoption.

  • Develop and implement robust feedback and measurement systems (e.g., dashboards, surveys, analytics) to assess program effectiveness and drive data-based improvements.

  • Serve as a thought leader and coach for RBS leaders and CI practitioners, facilitating best practice sharing, peer learning, and the development of a high-performance CI culture.

  • Partner with the Senior Director and iAspire team to drive adoption and engagement with digital learning tools and platforms.

  • Lead the communication strategy for CI learning initiatives, ensuring broad awareness and engagement at all levels of the organization.

  • Manage project plans, budgets, and resources for CI learning initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

  • Analyze enterprise learning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Support the overall deployment of the Enterprise RBS strategy and act as a key member of the RBS leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, organizational learning, or operational excellence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in RBS, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies, with a track record of leading enterprise-level CI initiatives.

  • Strong business acumen and experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics, process mapping, project management, and digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning).

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience designing and executing large-scale change management and enablement programs.

  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30–50% as required for enterprise deployment.

Expected Base Salary Range: $110K - $190K
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
