OUR  MISSION

We exist to create a more connected, compassionate, and confident experience for people with cancer and those who care for them. We make it easier to get answers, access high-quality care quickly, and feel supported throughout treatment and beyond.

Today, Thyme Care is a market-leading value-based oncology care enabler, partnering with national and regional health plans, providers, and employers to deliver better outcomes and lower costs for thousands of people across the country. Our model combines high-touch human support with powerful technology and AI to bring together everyone involved in a person’s cancer journey: caregivers, oncologists, health plans, and employers.

As a tech-native organization, we believe technology should strengthen the human connection at the center of care. Through data science, automation, and AI, we simplify complexity, improve collaboration, and help care teams focus on what matters most: supporting people through cancer.

Looking ahead, our vision is bold: to become a household name in cancer care, where every person diagnosed asks for Thyme Care by name. If you’re inspired to make cancer care more human and to help reimagine what’s possible, we’d love to meet you. Together, we can build a future where every person with cancer feels truly cared for, in every moment that matters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Operations Specialist to

support and grow relationships with a select group of Thyme Care’s most strategic oncology

provider partners. This role sits at the intersection of operations and commercial strategy,

helping to execute in-clinic pilots, support day-to-day partner operations, and deepen

engagement across key accounts.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, driving

partner satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen our partnerships.

  • Support the execution of in-clinic pilots and interventions with strategic oncology partners
  • Provide ongoing operational support to ensure seamless collaboration between Thyme Care and provider teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for select accounts, ensuring responsiveness and alignment
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and expand collaboration
  • Track, manage, and report on key initiatives, timelines, and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (clinical, operations, growth, and product) to support partner needs
  • Help translate insights from the field into actionable recommendations for scaling programs
  • Support all Commercial JV efforts operationally, ensuring alignment, coordination, and execution across joint initiatives

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • 3–7+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work with external partners
  • Understanding of Value-Based Care models and healthcare delivery systems
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel periodically (TX, TN, FL)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with oncology practices, health systems, or provider organizations
  • Exposure to care delivery models, population health, or payer-provider collaborations
  • Comfort working in both strategic and execution-oriented roles

WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS

Act with our partners and members in mind. You are deeply committed to building strong, trusted relationships with provider partners that ultimately improve the experience and outcomes of the members we serve. You lead with empathy, responsiveness, and accountability, and you understand how to balance partner needs with organizational priorities.

Move with purpose. You are highly execution-oriented and thrive in environments where driving initiatives forward is critical. You can effectively manage multiple strategic partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring in-clinic pilots, operational programs, and partnership goals are executed successfully and on time.

Relationship builder and strategic collaborator. You have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with provider organizations and key stakeholders. You are skilled at influencing across teams, aligning priorities, and fostering collaboration to drive long-term partnership success and engagement.

Operationally minded and results-driven. You use data, feedback, and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within strategic accounts. You are comfortable analyzing partner performance, identifying trends, and implementing solutions that drive measurable improvements in engagement, operational effectiveness, and overall partnership value.

Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments where priorities may shift quickly. You are resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in navigating challenges, building processes, and scaling partnership initiatives in a growing organization.

Strategic problem solver. You are able to think both tactically and strategically, balancing day-to-day relationship management with long-term growth opportunities. You proactively identify opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships while aligning solutions to organizational and partner goals.
