$110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

- Create a unique organization and market position through the application of industry best product development processes and translate them into steps for a product plan.
- Translate process goals into specific sub-processes with the necessary documentation.
- Develop product strategies depending on new services or features to drive financial results and work with teams and stakeholders to implement strategies.
- Lead launches and enhancements to Managed Services products and services.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of product development management and telecommunications experience.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field.
- Skills:
- Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change and working under pressure; History of showing business acumen, sense of urgency, sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration.
- History of product success targeting Small to Medium Customers (5-500 employees)
- Specific product experience in Hospitality, Education, and/or FedGov Verticals
