About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

The Role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics. In this role, you’ll be part of a team responsible for delivering research, insights, and programs related to equality and engagement.  You’ll leverage best-in-class technology to research, analyze, report on, and derive insights from employee data. You’ll partner with and influence collaborators across HR to enable deep understanding of our workforce and the experiences of our employees – and to enable data-driven action.

This role requires a strong business-minded analyst who can navigate complexity, manage a high volume of requests and priorities, drive alignment across stakeholders, and partner effectively cross-functionally (e.g., with legal, governance, and various HR teams).

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for people analytics projects related to equality and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business and ES priorities.

  • Data Analysis, Storytelling & Change Leadership: Lead the creation of accurate and impactful reports, dashboards, and measurement frameworks, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive leadership decisions and organizational change.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with ES, business leaders, Legal, Data Governance, and communications teams to integrate data insights into broader strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and driving impact across the organization.

  • Enablement & Capability Building: Provide support to HR business partners, people leaders, and employees about effectively interpreting and acting on insights. Produce toolkits, training, and self-service analytics to drive data fluency and impact.

  • Innovation & Industry Expertise: Stay current with trends in people analytics, equality, engagement, and organizational research, identifying innovative practices that can be implemented to maintain a competitive advantage and further Salesforce’s commitment to equality and engagement.

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning, while ensuring successful project delivery and developing junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in a field related to people research (e.g., I/O Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Public Policy).

  • Experience: 7+ years leading large-scale people analytics projects at a global organization, particularly related to equality and employee engagement.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), survey platforms (e.g. Perceptyx), and statistical analysis techniques (e.g. structural equation modeling, large language models for sentiment/open text analysis).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
