The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Organizational Change Lead to act as the strategic "bridge" between high-velocity technical innovation and human adoption for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead the people side of change for complex programs involving an AI transformation program of work. You will operate as the single source of truth, ensuring that as processes are redesigned through intelligent automation, the organization remains stable, aligned, and ready to thrive.
This role is ideal for a "Navigator" who can guide stakeholders through the uncertainty of rapid development cycles. You will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution, helping teams transition from legacy workflows to future-state models where human judgment and AI capabilities work in tandem. If you enjoy the challenge of translating complex technical shifts into clear, engaging narratives and actionable enablement plans, this is the place to create your own path.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a comprehensive Change Management Strategy that aligns with rapid prototyping timelines and technical implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments to identify how technology integrations will reshape specific job roles, team structures, and daily workflows.
- Act as a "Translator," converting technical AI and ERP updates into consumable insights and compelling "change stories" for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage high-level Stakeholder Engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and project leaders to maintain alignment and buy-in.
- Develop and oversee Enablement & Training Plans that equip the workforce with the specific skills needed to leverage new automated processes effectively.
- Identify and manage potential resistance by establishing feedback loops and proactively addressing concerns related to AI-driven process changes.
- Define and track Adoption Metrics and KPIs to measure the proficiency and success of the transformation against business goals.
- Facilitate regular on-site sessions at the client location in Ohio to drive high-touch engagement and lead critical change ceremonies.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change or business transformation initiatives, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Proven experience managing the human side of technology implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage change deliverables in iterative, rapid-release cycles.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with a natural ability to simplify complex messaging and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A "Self-Starter" mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and navigate rapidly changing requirements.
- Regular on-site work in Ohio.
Benefits
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonus
- PTO, holidays, and sabbatical program
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Retirement plan with company match from day one
- Learning and professional development support
- Small-firm culture with direct access to leadership
