We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Senior Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role plays a key part in leading the procurement team to deliver state-of-the-art data centers on time and under budget. Success in this position requires strong knowledge of the Data Center market, refined people development and leadership skills, and proven procurement experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead significant portions of a world-class procurement organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead OFCI Procurement Planning: Support OFCI demand forecasting activities and procurement timelines to ensure alignment with project development schedules.
  • Strategic Sourcing of OFCI Equipment: Drive sourcing strategies and vendor selection for major OFCI categories (e.g., generators, UPS, switchgear), negotiating commercial terms and managing supplier performance.
  • Support GC Procurement: Partner with Development to lead or support procurement of general contractors and any other third-party suppliers as needed.
  • Vendor Prequalification & Management: Develop and manage prequalification processes and maintain a strong, diverse vendor base for OFCI and construction categories.
  • RFP Development & Execution: Prepare, issue, and evaluate RFPs/RFQs in collaboration with cross-functional teams to select suppliers and service providers.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with internal stakeholders in Procurement, Development, Engineering, and Legal to ensure integrated sourcing and contracting.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with CyrusOne’s global policies and applicable regional laws and regulations.
  • Mentor and Manage Procurement Team: Help provide guidance, mentorship, and training to Procurement Team members and promote the development of procurement talent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA) preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex capital procurement activities and cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of mission-critical or high-specification environments such as data centers, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations, manage contracts, and drive accountability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
     
Preferred Experience:
  • Established supplier relationships in the industry
  • Background working in a fast-paced, high-growth, multinational company.
  • 5+ years of experience in data centers, procurement, or supply chain operations

Work Mode: This position is expected to be hybrid in the Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA area. 3 days a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
