As the Senior Manager, National Sales, you’ll be the strategic leader driving growth for Coca‑Cola’s portfolio with Albertsons Companies — one of our most important national retail partners. You’ll lead the development and execution of business plans, coordinate across the Coca‑Cola system, and ensure our iconic brands win on the shelf and in the hearts of consumers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Strategic Partnerships – Serve as the senior sales lead for Albertsons Companies, acting as their trusted Coca‑Cola system advisor on business strategy, operations, and long-term growth.

  • Drive National Growth – Lead the development and implementation of annual business plans with customers, bottlers, and cross-functional teams to deliver against volume, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Deliver Flawless Execution – Oversee the seamless implementation of marketing, sales, and operational programs across all divisions, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

  • Champion Collaboration – Align internal and external resources — from bottler networks to corporate teams — to maximize brand and business impact.

  • Build Win‑Win Solutions – Understand the customer’s objectives and market dynamics to develop initiatives that deliver mutual growth.

  • Foster Innovation – Identify emerging opportunities, pilot creative programs, and introduce fresh ideas that strengthen Coca‑Cola’s presence in the marketplace.

  • Own the Results – Accurately forecast performance, manage budgets, and resolve operational challenges with speed and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred

  • 3+ years of key account experience with a beverage/consumer packaged goods experience

  • Able to demonstrate experience in sales, persuasion, negotiating and managing a medium to large book of business

  • Must have experience in managing price package plans for customers

  • Knowledge of bottler and fountain environment and systems

  • Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems with business development planning experience

  • Must possess a complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create & sell-in customer promotional programs & key initiatives

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner

Pay Range:

$116,500 - $145,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
