The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, IL, is $128,160.00 -$160,200.00. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. 

Job Summary

Join a dynamic and strategic team as the Senior Manager, National Chains – Albertson’s at Pernod Ricard USA. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the development and execution of customer-specific programs that drive volume and value growth across key Albertsons divisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and distributor partners to bring innovative strategies to life, strengthen customer relationships, and grow market share. What you’ll do

  • Develop and lead joint business plans with Albertsons divisions, leveraging consumer, shopper, and digital insights to drive growth.

  • Design and execute annual customer calendars aligned with key holidays and events to support strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and insights teams to create impactful customer programs and innovations.

  • Utilize category management and shopper insights to expand the value and reach of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio.

  • Partner with distributor teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment of customer plans across markets.

  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and lead course correction strategies to meet or exceed targets.

  • Communicate execution plans and success metrics to internal stakeholders and field teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on national chain customers.

  • Proven success in customer and distributor relationship management.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management and category planning.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business results.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical field environment, with moderate demands for movement and lifting.

Travel: Frequent travel to customer sites is required. (50% of the time)
