Natera is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead and scale our marketing infrastructure across Corporate Marketing. This role will be responsible for architecting and optimizing the systems, processes, and data strategy that power demand generation, lead management, and revenue growth.
As a key partner to Marketing and Sales this leader will drive operational excellence across the full marketing funnel from lead acquisition through pipeline acceleration while ensuring data integrity, actionable insights, and seamless alignment with sales. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to build scalable processes in a high-growth environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Operations Strategy & Leadership
Own and evolve the marketing operations roadmap, aligning systems, processes, and data strategy to support company growth and revenue goals
Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing and Sales leadership to improve funnel performance and drive pipeline impact
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance lead lifecycle management, attribution, and campaign performance measurement
Mentor and guide junior team members and influence stakeholders across the organization
Data Governance & Optimization
Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance standards across SFDC and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua)
Oversee database health, including segmentation strategy, data enrichment, deduplication, and compliance
Develop scalable frameworks for lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and consistency to enable reliable reporting and insights
Marketing Technology & Systems Management
Own the architecture, integration, and optimization of the marketing tech stack (SFDC, Eloqua, and related tools)
Identify and implement best-in-class processes and automation to improve campaign execution and operational efficiency
Partner with technical teams to ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs
Process Excellence & Execution
Design and optimize end-to-end marketing processes, from campaign execution through lead handoff and pipeline tracking
Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales through clear SLAs and operational workflows
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed, scalability, and effectiveness of marketing programs
Manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Problem solve integration errors
7–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field
Proven experience scaling marketing operations in a high-growth organization
Strong preference for experience in biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate both strategically and tactically
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
