How you’ll be impactful:
We are seeking a hands-on and highly technical Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics with deep expertise in data-driven performance optimization, experimental design, and advanced measurement methodologies.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in digital media analytics and campaign performance measurement, with a proven track record in:
- Campaign analysis and attribution for search, display, social, programmatic, and affiliates
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize media ad-buy options, targeting, creatives,, and bidding strategies across platforms
- Construct geo-testing designs and creating match-markets
- Build MMM and attribution models
- Use Google Analytics for campaign analysis across digital channels
- Apply strong statistical knowledge to real-world marketing problems
You must be proficient in SQL and Tableau, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve CAC, ROAS, and CLV. A live technical assessment is part of the interview process. You will be tested on SQL, digital campaign attribution approaches, and statistics.
You have experienced leading digital media analytics teams as a project lead and subject matter expert. You are ready to manage a small team. You will be an individual contributor as we gradually grow the team. You will perform the analysis, build the analytics framework, build the attribution models and create / enhance the dashboards.
Please note: This role is open to candidates across the U.S., with a strong preference for those based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead efforts in digital marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and measurement across channels such as search, algorithmic bid buy, programmatic, and social.
- Serve as a thought partner, support our SVP Performance Marketing, in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of media buy across all Brands. Establish global consistent attribution frameworks to measure and evaluate acquisition marketing performance. Build and improve reporting capabilities.
- Partner with our media agency on full funnel tracking and attribution.
- Support our internal Israel-based acquisition marketing team in measuring campaign performance and perform in-depth campaign analysis using ad-platforms reporting tools.
- Build robust test-and-learn agendas and measure impact across the full marketing funnel.
- Collaborate closely with media agencies, marketing, analytics, data engineering, and martech teams to align on data-driven insights and recommendations.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Experience/Skills
- 7+ years of experience in media analytics and marketing effectiveness measurement, with a strong foundation in digital performance optimization.
- Strong statistical modeling capabilities for MMM, multi-touch attribution, and geo-testing methodologies.
- Expert in SQL and Tableau, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze data from environments like Snowflake.
- Proven expertise in test-and-learn strategies, campaign optimization using real-time data, and hands-on paid media performance analysis.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in acquisition marketing analytics, with deep expertise in: Search/keyword, programmatic and auction-based media and performance-based buys.
- Skilled in configuring and extracting insights from digital ad platforms/ analytics tools:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, The Trade Desk
- Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Mixpanel
- Affiliate marketplaces such as Impact Radius and Tune
- Strong communicator with experience aligning cross-functional teams (marketing, media, engineering, martech) around analytics-driven strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree.
Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$185,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
