What you will do-
- Create and develop excellent working relationships with key Managers, Directors and Senior Directors in both the Selling Divisions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution) and the Global Operations plant network as well as regional marketing and demand leaders.
- Coordinate the monthly IBP cycle including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions and critical meetings such as Net Requirements Meetings, Regional Requirements Meetings, Product Portfolio Reviews and pre-IBP working meetings and well as IBP meetings for the Communications Business Unit.
- Lead IBP Reconciliation meetings and develop content for Executive IBP (EIBP) reviews.
- Build relationships across sales, marketing, field operations, finance, demand planning, operations, and distribution.
- Facilitate consensus and coach leaders to support effective planning and decision-making.
- Ensure revenue, inventory, excess and obsolete (E&O), and cost impacts are incorporated into planning discussions.
- Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and net requirements to identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue, cost, and cash flow.
- Own global allocation process including developing and leveraging system capabilities.
- Lead and develop IBP managers and planning personnel through coaching, objective-setting, and performance development.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen the IBP organization.
Required -
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in related field such as Business/Supply Chain Management/Engineering
- 10+ years of operations planning or supply chain experience
Preferred -
- Negotiation & management by influence skills with the ability to drive results through a global matrix structure- highly preferred
- APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation
- S&OP/IBP formally accredited via Oliver Wight

- USN: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual
- US10: $129,800 - $216,400 USD Annual
- US30: $153,400 - $255,700 USD Annual
