The Role:
Gravie is looking for a Senior Manager, Insurance Product Management. You will be responsible for Gravie’s insurance plan portfolio end-to-end from strategy to development, go-to-market and management. You will own the vision and management of our benefit plan designs and insurance plan portfolio. Your work will build Gravie’s differentiation in the market, support our strategic goals, and build towards our mission of building a health plan everyone can love.
You will:
Own Gravie’s insurance plan portfolio, managing current benefit designs and pricing, updating benefit plans and grids, and managing the annual benefit plan update cycle
Work closely with analytics teams to build a framework for measuring and monitoring product performance, building KPIs and dashboards to monitor and continuously improve product performance
Monitor and stay on top of market trends, customer needs and competitor offerings in the level-funded commercial insurance space; prioritize required product enhancements or evaluations cross-functionally within Gravie
Lead our insurance portfolio planning cycle, working cross-functionally to design, price and implement new insurance plan designs
Partner with sales and marketing to communicate the value proposition of Gravie’s insurance products and develop strong, differentiated go-to-market strategies
Ensure regulatory compliance of all of Gravie’s insurance products
You bring:
5+ years of experience in insurance product, including demonstrated experience leading cross-functional planning and release cycles for a health plan product
5+ years of experience with health insurance, ideally in the commercial segment
Strong experience driving cross-functional alignment across actuarial, underwriting, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Extra credit:
Experience with small group level-funded insurance products.

The salary range for this position is $146,775 - $195,700 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
