The Sr. Manager, Industry Marketing will lead marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs tailored to the industries Accuris serves. This role requires a strong understanding of one or more of these industries, combined with proven marketing expertise, to ensure Accuris' value proposition resonates deeply with engineering, procurement, and compliance stakeholders.
You will be responsible for developing industry-specific positioning, thought leadership, and demand generation programs that establish Accuris as the trusted partner for mission-critical engineering intelligence. Working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Marketing, you will help shape pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion in your focus industries.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Positioning & Messaging - Develop differentiated messaging that articulates Accuris' value within specific industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, energy, electronics, automotive).
- Campaign Development - Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline within target industries.
- Content & Thought Leadership - Create and curate high-value content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, events) showcasing Accuris' expertise and customer success stories.
- Sales Partnership - Work closely with sales leaders and account teams to align marketing programs with account strategies and revenue goals.
- Market & Customer Insights - Stay current on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and enable stronger go-to-market approaches.
- Event & Community Engagement - Represent Accuris at key industry events, trade shows, and roundtables; build connections with industry associations and influencers.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in industry/vertical marketing or related field.
- Strong background in one or more industries served by Accuris: aerospace & defense, energy, electronics, automotive, advanced manufacturing.
- Proven ability to translate industry insights into compelling marketing strategies, campaigns, and content.
- Track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable business impact through targeted marketing programs.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
