The Senior Manager, GTM Technology is responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing PandaDoc’s GTM technology strategy to power PLG and sales-assisted motions. This leader ensures that AI-driven automation, scalable system architecture, and actionable data intelligence fuel predictable growth and operational efficiency across the full customer lifecycle.
Leading a team of RevTech experts, this role bridges technology and business strategy across the entire pre-lead-to-cash lifecycle, aligning investments with GTM priorities, breaking down silos, and enabling revenue teams to drive sustainable, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Roadmap: Own the GTM systems roadmap (CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success, CPQ, CLM, Billing) aligned with growth goals. Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled workflows.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Manage Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Gainsight, Salesloft/Outreach, LeanData/ChiliPiper, Gong, and other platforms. Ensure seamless integrations and data flow for a unified revenue view.
- System Optimization: Design and implement scalable, secure systems. Drive automation-first initiatives in lead routing, pipeline governance, forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Data & Intelligence: Establish governance standards. Partner with Revenue Strategy on AI forecasting, churn prediction, and pipeline analytics. Deliver trusted insights for GTM execution.
- Team & Collaboration: Lead a high-performing RevTech team. Act as the primary liaison between GTM teams and technical stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Vendor & Budget: Own vendor management, contracts, and ROI analysis. Oversee tech budgets and track emerging AI and revenue intelligence trends.
- 5+ years in Revenue Technology, RevOps, or Business Systems leadership within SaaS/subscription businesses.
- Proven experience scaling GTM tech stacks.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, integrations, and multi-system interoperability.
- Experience supporting PLG and sales-assisted motions across omnichannel strategies.
- Hands-on expertise with AI-driven automation and workflow orchestration (e.g., Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, Tray.io).
Technical
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-driven forecasting, lead scoring, and automation.
Leadership
- Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling technical teams.
- Strategic problem-solver with a bias for execution.

The annual OTE for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 (base/variable)
