About the role

We're looking for strategic, detail-oriented contractor to join our GTM & Planning leadership and Partnership Marketing division. This 6-month contract (with possible extension) is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping projects moving, and collaborating with teams worldwide. Reporting to the VP of GTM & Partnership Marketing, you'll help launch and manage global initiatives, streamline workflows, and support support growth across Crunchyroll's global platforms and partnerships worldwide.

You will:

  • Be the operational and strategic backbone of the GTM & Planning team, ensuring projects and workflows move forward to support Crunchyroll's global growth across owned platforms and key third-party partners like Amazon, Apple, Roku, Comcast, Google and YouTube, PlayStation, Samsung, and others
  • Keep daily operations running smoothly and projects on track across Crunchyroll's platforms and top partners
  • Work with leadership and global teams to bring big ideas to life and manage complex projects
  • Create clear, well-designed dashboards, trackers, presentations, and project plans
  • Connect HQ with regional teams in Berlin, Paris, London, Mumbai, Singapore, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Melbourne to keep everyone aligned
  • Turn complex updates into clear actions so teams can move quickly
  • Roll out global workflows and processes in regional markets
  • Manage vendor operations including POs, invoicing, contracts, timelines, and more

We are considering remote applicants who can occasionally commute to attend meetings or work from our Los Angeles office.

About You
  • 8+ years in GTM strategy and partnership marketing in entertainment, media, tech, or gaming
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects at top consulting firms
  • Experience creating clear presentations, spreadsheets, and materials ready for leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex ideas into clear, actionable steps
  • Reliable at driving projects from kickoff to completion, adapting smoothly as priorities change
  • Experienced at spotting gaps, improving processes, and taking initiative without being prompted
  • Comfortable working with teams across different countries, time zones, and cultures
  • Available for an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
About the Team

Crunchyroll's growth comes from both U.S. and international expansion. The GTM & Planning team works with U.S. leadership and regional teams to create go-to-market and partnership marketing plans that drive growth on Crunchyroll's platforms and major third-party distribution channels.

Our mission: delight anime fans worldwide, grow our presence, boost brand awareness, while making Crunchyroll synonymous with anime worldwide. The GTM & Planning team is a key part of the Growth & Planning performance marketing group.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
