  • Oversee month-end close activities, including Statement of Work reviews, invoice creation, and validation of data accuracy and completeness across systems
  • Drive process excellence through documentation, standardization, and thoughtful change management as the business scales
  • Identify and implement automation solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Sigma, Gemini) to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enable data-driven decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Systems, and Services leadership to support growth initiatives and system evolution
  • Support quarterly reviews and annual audits by partnering with external auditors and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, accounting, finance, or a related operational role

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver who follows through and drives outcomes
  • Collaborative communicator and effective cross-functional partner
