The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will be responsible for revenue modeling & analysis, metrics & performance tracking, and gross margin management. A successful candidate will play a key role in our ongoing performance evaluation and analysis efforts, developing a deep expertise in company metrics, the underlying calculations and drivers, and overall becoming a KPI thought-leader within the business. This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with business leadership as well as various functional groups in the organization such as Commercial, Operations, Analytics, Finance and Accounting, acting as the glue that helps keep the FP&A team in lock-step with the rest of the organization. This position will report to the Director, FP&A.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Acquires intimate knowledge and expertise of Company KPIs, their calculations, and their drivers

  • Updates and maintains reports in real time and with care

  • Develops processes alongside Director to standardize and streamline work streams

  • Attention to detail in work product

  • Demonstrates ability to work autonomously or in close collaboration with Finance Director

  • Builds trust with cross functional stakeholders, manager and finance team

  • Maintains spreadsheet and modeling best practices

  • Exhibits a high degree of professionalism

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and technical finance/economic skills

  • Competent proficiency in financial, analytical, and economics modeling

  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaning

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem solving skills

  • Proficient understanding of concepts related to Unit Economics, Pricing models, optimization analysis, LTV/CAC  

  • Ability to stay organized while managing several projects and reporting cadences simultaneously

  • Proactive thinking and planning

  • Inquisitive and hungry to learn and grow
