Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Business Partnering serves as the strategic advisor, key business partner, and Finance point of contact to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Service Delivery and key team leaders. The role will develop financial and operational objectives and ensure operational plans are aligned with business plans and company goals. Provides leadership and financial point of view to the Senior Vice President and their leaders in relation to business plans, structure, long term strategy, and ongoing operations. Ensures an environment of financial integrity and is a positive catalyst for operational excellence and direct performance measurement. Works in tandem with the Human Resources Business Partner in supporting and influencing the Operations and Service Delivery leadership team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Partners with leadership to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year. Ensures operational plans are consistent with business objectives.
  • Develops financial and operational objectives. Analyzes financial and operational reports and communicates findings and risks; makes suggestions to improve processes.
  • Facilitates Finance professionals' ability to support business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
  • Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
  • Trains, supervises and develops Finance staff. Manages the daily activities of the Finance team and makes suggestions to leadership for work performance improvement.
  • Makes strategy and operations decisions on the ground floor that directly impact business.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Partner with Operations and Service Delivery leadership to connect enterprise strategy with business segment priorities, ensuring focus on the objectives that matter most.

    Serve as a trusted advisor on business and financial performance, proactively identifying risks and shaping mitigation strategies that enable sustainable growth.

  • Lead Financial Performance Excellence
    Deliver deep financial analysis and actionable insights to improve results, establish productivity KPIs, and champion data-driven decision-making.

  • Influence Planning & Forecasting
    Influence the business planning cycle for key functional areas, partnering with FP&A on the development of budgets and forecasts that align with long-term strategic goals.

  • Shape Workforce & Resource Strategy
    Collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning to balance financial, operational, and strategic needs, ensuring the right talent and resources are in place to execute the roadmap.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $132,197.80 - $198,296.70

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Education

Bachelor's Degree: Finance

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
