Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position includes direct supervision of SDRs. Responsibilities include setting clear performance expectations, managing day-to-day priorities, coaching on outreach quality and lead qualification, supporting professional development, monitoring results, and ensuring alignment between SDR activity and broader pipeline generation goals. The Senior Manager is also responsible for reinforcing effective handoff practices and promoting consistent execution across the team.
