We’re looking for a results-driven Sr. Manager/Director of Marketing - Demand Generation to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This leader will own the full demand engine — from awareness to conversion — and partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to build scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Strategy & Planning
- Own the demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets and company growth goals
- Build integrated, multi-channel programs across digital, paid media, events, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing
- Develop segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies that improve conversion and pipeline velocity
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
- Drive qualified pipeline growth and marketing-attributed revenue
- Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead management, scoring, routing, and follow-up processes
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize performance across the funnel
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Lead campaign development from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration
- Manage paid acquisition, nurture programs, and conversion optimization efforts
- Use data, attribution, and experimentation to improve ROI and CAC efficiency
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, RevOps, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and funnel alignment
- Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed
- 7–10+ years in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline and revenue
- Strong understanding of modern marketing channels, attribution models, and lifecycle strategy
- Experience working closely with Sales and RevOps in a revenue-driven environment
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions and prioritize investments
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Experience in SaaS, AI, or data-driven technology companies (preferred, but not required) - Experience marketing to car dealers (preferred, but not required)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000, plus an annual target bonus.
