A Senior Manager will have 7+ years of experience, including at least 4 years of leadership experience, with strong project management skills. CX professionals need to be problem solvers, critical thinkers, clear communicators, capable of taking extreme ownership, and capable of acting as the main point of contact for our clients. Primary Activities and Responsibilities Include:
•Financial Statement Close Assistance
•Financial Reporting/SEC Reporting
•General Ledger
•Consolidation Accounting
•Managerial Accounting
•Complex Debt, Revenue, Lease and Equity Accounting
•ERP/Procurement/Close Management platform assistance
•Coaching junior coworkers
•Business Development and Recruiting
•Building client relationships through high quality deliverables, executed in a timely fashion, thereby adding value, and creating opportunities for new and further engagement opportunities.
Required Experience and Skills:
•7+ years Big Four or a similar top-tier accounting firm or a mix of public accounting and similar high performance industry accounting experience
•Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
•Project management skills
•Ability to conduct effective meetings
•Ability to act and lead as the client contact
•Passion for helping clients with a strong interest in operational accounting
•Master’s degree in Accounting preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required
•High levels of expertise in Microsoft Excel required
•Software accounting experience primarily with NetSuite or other large ERP is highly valued, and experience with other software such as FloQast, Blackline, Workiva and Carta is a plus.
