Jasper is the marketing agents platform, built to help enterprises orchestrate AI agents that execute marketing work at scale. Purpose-built for marketing teams, Jasper enables faster, more consistent execution across campaigns, personalization, localization, and compliance—while maintaining enterprise-grade control and governance.
Jasper is trusted by hundreds of enterprises worldwide, including Prudential, Cushman & Wakefield, and nearly 20% of the Fortune 500. Founded in 2021, Jasper has team members across the U.S., Australia, and France.
Jasper is standing up a dedicated Advocacy & Experience Marketing team to own customer engagement from pre-sale through post-sale: turn prospects into customers, and customers into advocates. In a market where every vendor makes the same claims, the customer’s voice is the differentiated asset, and this role owns it.
As Senior Manager, Customer & Experiential Marketing, you’ll own Jasper’s customer story and social-proof engine end to end, and drive our Customer Advisory Boards: six in-person programs a year where practitioners and executives from our largest accounts shape their own playbooks and ours. You’ll carry the post-sale half of the team’s scorecard, with behavior change inside strategic accounts as the north star, the leading indicator that shows up 60-90 days before renewal outcomes do. Logistics (venues, production, video, design, first-draft writing) go to vendors, agencies, and AI, so your time goes to program design, customer relationships, narrative judgment, and measurement.
This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Evangelism & Community-Led Growth and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US. Expect approximately 20–25% travel for CABs, customer on-sites, dinners, and industry moments.
What you will do at JasperOwn the proof engine end to end
Run the customer story pipeline from sourcing through legal and brand approval to publication: four published stories per quarter and a growing bench of net-new referenceable accounts.
Own the reference database and process so Sales and CS know which customer can speak to which use case, industry, and outcome.
Recruit, brief, and prepare customers for analyst evaluations, research, and press, starting with the Forrester Wave™ for Content Creation and Optimization Solutions.
Use AI to compress production (first drafts, transcript synthesis, asset variants) and spend your judgment on narrative, accuracy, and business outcome.
Co-create content with customers
Own the byline, webinar, podcast, and joint-session calendar, built around a few durable themes: AI search discoverability, brand voice in the AI era, structuring the AI-powered marketing team, and moving from AI experiments to governed production.
Partner with Content & Comms and their agency bench to publish on schedule.
Supply customer insight and story raw material to the team that owns our community hub and self-paced learning.
Drive the Customer Advisory Board programs & Post-Sale Customer Onsites
Run four User CABs and two Executive CABs a year with the Senior Director: session design, run-of-show, speaker recruitment and prep, content, and post-event story and asset capture.
Program for 30-40 practitioners from our Top 100 and strategic accounts at roughly 2:1 customer-to-Jasper, with Product and Product Marketing contributing sessions, not pitches.
Develop programming for customer on-site workshops with Customer Success, and content for trends dinners and customer webinars with the Manager, Experiential & Account-Based Marketing.
Deploy proof into demand
Own how proof assets and referenceable champions are used across pre-sale and post-sale programs and the enterprise sales motion.
Design cross-pollination into every run-of-show: each experiential moment carries at least one customer voice into a prospect conversation, or one late-stage prospect into a customer moment.
Work with CS and our Forward Deployed Engineers and Managers to spot accounts where something notable is happening before it becomes a renewal conversation.
Measure behavior change
Measure product behavior change among attendees at 90 days, plus pre/post usage deltas.
Report quarterly on Top 100 coverage and stakeholder depth, GRR against matched untouched cohorts, expansion and services pipeline sourced, and advocacy conversion.
Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to make the scorecard reportable, and own the advocacy-side definitions.
8-12 years in customer marketing, advocacy, content marketing, or communications at a B2B SaaS company, with meaningful enterprise experience.
A portfolio of customer stories you sourced and shepherded through enterprise legal, brand, and comms approval. You know why stories stall and how to unstick them.
Experience running a high-touch, executive-level in-person program (advisory board, customer council, summit).
Strong writing and editorial instincts: you can interview a practitioner, find the story inside a vague metric, brief an agency, and make a mediocre draft good.
Comfort with senior stakeholders on both sides, from CMO-level customers to Jasper executives.
An AI-forward operating style: you already use AI to remove production work and have a point of view on where it helps and where it doesn’t.
Measurement fluency with cohort comparisons, usage data, and attribution, and a preference for leading indicators over vanity numbers.
Cross-functional credibility with Sales and CS. This role has no authority over the accounts it needs, so influence is the job.
Familiarity with martech or AI category and experience with analyst relations
You’ll own the credibility layer of a category-defining company, the asset product marketing can’t manufacture on its own.
You’ll build a program from charter to first scorecard, not inherit someone else’s.
You’ll work directly with senior marketers at some of the world’s most sophisticated brands on their AI transformation.
