Position Title:          Senior Consultant

Position Responsibilities: Synthesize market trends, customer interactions as inputs to enhance the current platform to pointed solutions. Develop market intellectual product and powerful, actionable strategic recommendations based on a profound understanding of the US Healthcare industry. Confidently present and communicate project outcomes at C-level. Act as point of contact for clients and will be required to demonstrate expert knowledge of the markets and develop strong business partnerships. Execute healthcare consulting engagements while engaging with business stakeholders to gather data and apply proprietary frameworks and business process knowledge to come up with recommendations. Participate in technical solution discussions and ensure the product features meet the customer & market expectations. Build the product roadmap by working with leadership team, market analysis and take the new features for development. Provide global industry analysis, custom consulting, growth consulting (strategy consulting), market research, market forecasts and insights into emerging technologies and monitor the concerned and connected markets. Target client’s business problems to improve the value-based care, cost optimization, improve the member satisfaction.

 

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: healthcare strategic solutioning; business process re-engineering; .Net; robotic process automation; UiPath; Automation Anywhere; Hadoop; Selenium; Tosca; Conversational, Explainable, and Predictive AI; healthcare payer & provider domain; CAS; MetaVance; PIMS; HealthEdge; Facets; Guiding Care; Rumba Mainframes; Optum Rx webstrat pricing; eClinical Works; Xerox MMIS; EPIC; Cerner; Medcompass; Visio; JIRA; DevOps; Rally, and; Excel. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required.
