We are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development, Client Marketing to contribute to our client’s next level of growth and expansion.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager will lead data-driven marketing initiatives for clients, including credit, debit, Small Business and Commercial.
- Own and manage your work product with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing needs/work sets. Lead projects or major project workstreams with limited oversight
- Leverage industry and data, market research, best practices, etc. to gather and synthesize deep audience insights and deliver relevant recommendations to clients/stakeholders
- Design and oversee the successful execution of integrated B2C and B2B campaign activations, across multiple channels, including digital, social, OOH, experiential/event and point-of-sale
- Coordinate communication with sales, legal, product, creative, experiential & media agencies and implement high-impact programs on-time and on-budget.
- Optimize Consumer and Commercial Marketing platforms/initiatives for clients to establish and deepen client relationships
- Leverage iconic sponsorship platforms, as appropriate, to achieve client and objectives
- Provide leadership to enable the measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results
- Develop and manage marketing contracts
- Develop and manage Value Added Services Revenue forecast for key clients
- Budget management and financial discipline for all campaigns
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence for increased efficiency and effectiveness in the role
- 6+ years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience in Marketing, Consulting and strategic partnership development; payments experience preferred
- Strong business & financial acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management, planning, teamwork, relationship-building skills, and experience in leading through influence
- Experience in managing creative, experiential, media, and social/digital agency partners
- Ability to generate and manage work-back timelines and navigate risks/obstacles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and AI
- Advanced-level PowerPoint required
- US-based incumbents must make themselves available to support time zones from other US regions on an as-needed basis.
