The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing, will lead marketing strategy and execution for A Place for Mom’s Community, Healthcare, and Home Care businesses, which support and engage senior living communities, healthcare organizations, and home care agencies across our partner network.
This role will provide our senior living, health care, and home care businesses with positioning, messaging, and marketing materials. They will execute campaigns to shape how we show up with our external partners. This person works cross-functionally across the organization to ensure our departments are equipped to effectively market A Place for Mom to the providers in our network
What you will do:Lead B2B product marketing efforts, including value propositions, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that align brand strategy, partner needs, and acquisition goals for senior living community, healthcare organization, and home care agency partners.
Serve as the primary advocate for B2B our partners network, translating customer insights into actionable messaging, marketing strategies, and product recommendations.
Ensure B2B messaging and campaigns are cohesive with the overall brand strategy and narrative.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Sales, and partner-facing teams to ensure offerings, messaging, and enablement align to partner needs and that B2B partner needs are brought into the product roadmap.
Oversee the development of key B2B brand assets, including conference materials, sales enablement, thought leadership, social assets, written communications, and creative copy.
Partner with Customer Research team to identify additional insights needed on B2B partners, develop research plan, conduct research, and develop insights.
Own and evolve B2B brand KPIs, contributing to the broader, firm-wide narrative of performance and growth in partnership with analytics and measurement teams.
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for high-growth, customer-centric digital companies
Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to think strategically and work independently; energized by a hands-on culture
Past experience being focused on the customer and driving real customer insights that led to breakthrough results
Highly passionate about customer experience with a track record of using customer insights to drive breakthrough results
Previous success executing complex marketing programs for small to mid-sized digital focused brands
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills; must be action-oriented
Collaborative team player, ready to share success across a high-performing marketing team
Ability to handle obstacles, and feedback with perseverance, creativity, and positivity
Experience collaborating cross-functional with acquisition marketing, product team, B2B marketing, etc.
Experience managing external agencies including brand agency, PR agency, and other creative partners
Fluent in being able to translate and drive growth across brand and performance channels simultaneously
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling partner-facing messaging across multiple channels
Experience in senior living, healthcare, home care, or adjacent industries preferred.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $145,000 to $165,000 + 20% Bonus
