A Day in the LifeThe Sr. Logistics Program Manager will serve as a global project professional. The individual will be responsible for successfully organizing, planning, & leading team execution of supply chain improvement projects and programs that set the foundation to optimize service, cost, and inventory. The individual will engage and collaborate with Supply Chain Leaders/Partners across Functions & Regions to drive simplification with cost and service optimization as well as breakthrough innovation and process improvement aligned with an established strategic roadmap.This position will work within a matrixed organization, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Deliver Shared Services PMO. A Day in the Life
- Plan, organize, and lead team execution of supply chain improvement projects that set the foundation to optimize service, cost, and inventory
- Proactively apply project management best practices and techniques to analyze and develop appropriate schedules, budgets and resources, as well as assess risk and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our programs/projects
- Create a cohesive and collaborative team culture where you actively plan, coordinate, and track project activities; lead weekly status meetings and ensure clear communication of project status, key decisions, etc.
- Present regular project updates clearly and concisely to mid-level/senior management and lead phase gate review presentations, escalation of issues impacting project plans, and communication of key asks for project recovery
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality and compliant output through building understanding and executing activities to ensure alignment to all quality policy and work procedures that are applicable
- Lead core teams in an unbiased way such that all voices are considered before decisions
- Perform data analysis and generate recommendations that will drive process improvements
- Lead process mapping exercises and root cause analyses
- Lead/support the continuous improvement of processes and tools used by the Deliver Shared Services office
Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Experience in logistics and/or global supply chain
- Lean Sigma Green Belt Certification
- APICS-CSCP Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Planisware project management software experience
- Extensive experience in managing complex programs that focus on E2E Distribution functionality
- Good understanding of Project Financial Modelling and trade-offs
- Demonstrated track record of leading projects within complex, matrixed organizations requiring strong influence management skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
