aytm (“Ask Your Target Market”) is looking to hire a full-time Senior Learning Specialist to help empower a world where curiosity is applauded, answers are accessible, and insights are actionable.
The Senior Learning Specialist is a member of the Learning & Enablement organization, which is responsible for designing, building, and scaling high‑impact learning experiences that enable aytm’s clients to confidently adopt and maximize value from our solutions.
This role blends instructional design expertise, strong GTM partnership, and platform proficiency to produce content that elevates product understanding, improves customer outcomes, and drives commercial success. The Senior Learning Specialist will lead development of educational content, support product and feature launches, and help ensure our learning ecosystem remains accurate, relevant, and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development
- Lead design and development of scalable, high‑quality learning content that supports aytm’s GTM motion, client personas, and key business use cases.
- Use AI‑powered tools to accelerate content development, enhance multimedia production, improve knowledge base quality, and support operational efficiency.
- Own creation and continuous enhancement of content across formats—including courses, microlearning, articles, guides, job aids, videos, and interactive modules.
- Maintain and expand the content ecosystem to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with product evolution.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop learning‑oriented content for aytm’s client community, including articles, best‑practice posts, videos, and user education campaigns.
GTM & Product Enablement
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to support new product and feature launches by developing learning and support assets tailored to internal and external audiences.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, actionable learning experiences that enhance customer understanding and adoption.
Training Delivery & Customer Engagement
- Facilitate engaging, polished virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions for customers and internal teams
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and multimedia assets for high‑quality video tutorials, walkthroughs, and demonstrations.
What we're looking for:
- Experience developing multi‑format learning content (courses, microlearning, tutorials, job aids, help articles, video scripts)
- Experience using or a strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, AI‑assisted authoring tools) to improve content development and operational workflows.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely for multiple audiences
- Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or comparable) and video creation tools (Camtasia, Descript, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Strong writing and editing skills, including SEO‑aware help content writing
- Strong presentation, communication, and learner engagement skills
- Strong ownership and ability to drive work independently
- Excellent communicator with a customer-first mentality
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
