A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a Senior Lead React Native Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with React Native, GraphQL, and modern front-end architecture principles. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, design, and backend engineering—to deliver performant, maintainable, and visually polished mobile solutions that align with enterprise standards.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and GraphQL to ensure performance, scalability, and reusability.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into clean, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces.
  • Architect and implement mobile features and reusable components with an emphasis on modularity, maintainability, and testability.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services, optimizing for data flow efficiency and overall system reliability.
  • Drive code quality and consistency through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices in React Native development, mobile performance tuning, and code optimization.
  • Stay current with evolving mobile technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across frameworks, tooling, and architecture patterns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple mobile platforms and devices.
  • Partner with business and QA teams to ensure seamless feature delivery, timely issue resolution, and exceptional user satisfaction.
  • Champion accessibility and performance optimization, ensuring applications meet enterprise and industry standards.
