What you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align partnership efforts with RGF’s overall strategic priorities.
Track fundraising performance metrics, analyze trends, and adapt strategies to optimize outcomes and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Mentor and guide a small, high-performing team of fundraising and partnerships professionals to meet collective goals.
Represent RGF at national and international events, conferences, and forums to advocate for its mission and showcase its impact.
Engage RGF’s internal stakeholders (staff, board, volunteers) to build a culture of philanthropy and collective ownership of fundraising goals.
Manage the partnerships and fundraising budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial accountability standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strategic Fundraising Expertise: Proven success in developing and executing large-scale fundraising strategies across diverse revenue streams.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with donors, government agencies, and corporate partners.
