About the Role
The Senior Key Account Manager owns and expands Doodle Labs’ most important customer relationships within the drone and unmanned systems ecosystem. This role is focused on land-and-expand growth across a small set of strategic accounts by leveraging deep ecosystem knowledge, trusted relationships, and strong account strategy.
You will serve as the primary commercial and relationship owner for top customers, driving program expansion while partnering closely with a Sales Engineer for deep, technical discussions. Defense experience is helpful but not required—what matters most is credibility within the drone and UxS market.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow strategic accounts within the drone and unmanned systems ecosystem
- Land and expand with top customers through relationship cultivation and account planning
- Leverage existing relationships to identify new programs, platforms, and expansion opportunities
- Lead account strategy, executive engagement, and program cadence
- Coordinate closely with Sales Engineering to support technical evaluations and integration discussions
- Drive follow-up quoting activity and opportunity progression from interest to PO
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to align product and commercial priorities

- Expansion into multiple programs or platforms within named accounts
- Strong customer trust and repeat engagement across technical and executive stakeholders
- Consistent follow-up quotes and clear pipeline visibility
- Recognition as a strategic partner within key customer organizations
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales within drones, unmanned systems, robotics, or adjacent ecosystems
- Deep understanding of the drone ecosystem, including OEMs, component suppliers, and integrators
- Proven ability to grow accounts through relationship-led expansion
- Comfortable leading customer relationships while partnering with technical experts
- Strong communication, organization, and account strategy skills
- Defense or government customer experience is a plus, not a requirement

Location: U.S. Remote or Los Angeles
Travel: ~25%
Reporting: VP, Global Sales
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
