Job Description

Job Summary

Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provides support for functional groups by performing a variety of clerical duties such as data entry and verification, compiling and arranging data and processing documents according to standard procedures
  • Performs a variety of assignments such as gathering and analyzing customer, industry and/or regulatory information, arranging and maintaining information in application systems
  • Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
  • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
  • Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
  • Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
  • Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
  • Works under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
  • Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
