International tax for US and foreign subsidiariesThis Senior International Tax Manager position reports to the Senior Director, Global Tax.
Job Description
Role and responsibilities:US and international tax planning, analysis, provision, compliance, and audits.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation and review of BEAT, GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, FTC, 163j, Pillar II, CbCR, withholding tax, and other US international tax workstreams.
Global tax structure planning including tax and transfer pricing strategy
Reviewing foreign subsidiaries' tax compliance and tax accounting.
Collaborating with other functional groups on international tax matters, including transfer pricing.
Worldwide tax forecasting including long range tax planning and valuation allowance analysis
Mergers and acquisitions due diligence, tax planning, and integration
Handling any international tax or tax projects as required.
Developing solutions to minimize worldwide tax.
Managing global tax audits
Opportunities to get involved in coordinating and overseeing global R&D tax credits
VAT compliance, planning, refund applications, and tax audits.
At least 9 years professional corporate tax experience in Big 4 accounting firms and public hi-tech companies with international tax and background
Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting; CPA and/or Masters in Taxation strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively with different team members to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle tax audits and issues independently
Attention to details to ensure work quality and prioritize to meet various deadlines
Ability to perform hands on work with or without staff support
Flexibility to work with team members at different time zones around the world
Professional proficiency in English
