Role Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to join our aerospace-focused program management team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support advanced airborne augmented reality system integration into aerospace programs, including those involving government contracts, defense systems, and commercial customers. Your work will directly impact program visibility, performance tracking, and schedule predictability for high-value, mission-critical projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that reflect the program's technical scope, cost baseline, and contractual deliverables across the entire program lifecycle—from concept and design through integration, test, launch, and sustainment. 

  • Integrate schedule inputs from engineering, manufacturing, systems integration, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all control accounts and WBS elements. 

  • Perform schedule risk analysis and critical path assessments using industry-standard tools and methodologies; identify issues, trends, and mitigation strategies. 

  • Lead schedule review sessions with internal teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), NASA, and commercial aerospace customers. 

  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry scheduling standards and government customer requirements including DCMA 14-point schedule assessments, EIA-748 (Earned Value), and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). 

  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by aligning schedule data with the Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and variance analysis reports. 

  • Collaborate closely with CAMs (Control Account Managers), IPT Leads, and the PMO to maintain high schedule fidelity and real-time visibility into program status. 

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior schedulers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Program Controls function. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role on large-scale programs.  

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Open Plan Professional. 

  • Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) supporting programs aerospace or defense programs with government contracting requirements (e.g., DoD, NASA, FAA). 

  • In-depth understanding of the aerospace product development lifecycle and major program milestones (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR). 

  • Strong understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and scheduling best practices (DCMA 14-point metrics, critical path analysis, float analysis). 

  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all collaborators and assist them, as appropriate, with issues or concerns to satisfactory resolution 

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change, shift gears, and make decisions  

  • Demonstrate the organization's values by bringing issues to the appropriate managers in a timely manner for resolution, sharing standard processes among all teams, serving as a brand advocate, mentoring and leading by example to support a positive work environment, and encouraging other staff to do the same 

  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 25%). 

  • Qualified candidates must have the ability to obtain a security clearance. This requires U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or higher). 

  • PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent project management certification. 

  • Experience with Agile and hybrid development models in an aerospace environment. 

  • Background in satellite systems, avionics, propulsion, or systems integration programs.
