We’re looking for problem solvers, innovators, and dreamers who are searching for anything but business as usual. Like us, you’re a high performer who’s an expert at your craft, constantly challenging the status quo. You value inclusivity and want to join a culture that empowers you to show up as your authentic self. You know that success hinges on commitment, that our differences make us stronger, and that the finish line is always sweeter when the whole team crosses together.

Overview

As the Senior Integrated Campaigns Project Manager, you will serve as the operational orchestrator for integrated campaigns across the Demand organization. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns are consistently kicked off, clearly documented, well-coordinated, and actively monitored across functions and regions.

Sitting within the Integrated Campaigns team, this role partners closely with Campaign Managers and Demand team stakeholders to translate campaign and lifecycle strategy into a shared execution model.

Why This Role Matters

This role establishes a shared operating model for Demand execution. By standardizing campaign kickoffs, documentation, coordination, and monitoring, you’ll drive stronger cross-functional integration, improve execution consistency, and increase campaign throughput across regions and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational orchestration of integrated campaigns across the Demand organization, ensuring consistent execution standards across functions and regions.

  • Lead campaign kickoffs across the Demand team, ensuring consistent inputs, roles, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and documented.

  • Establish and maintain standardized campaign documentation, including execution plans, dependencies, readiness criteria, and status tracking.

  • Drive alignment on timelines, dependencies, and activation sequencing to ensure cohesive execution across teams and regions.

  • Monitor campaign execution and post-launch follow-through, identifying risks, gaps, or inconsistencies that could impact delivery or effectiveness.

  • Ensure lifecycle strategy defined by Integrated Campaigns leadership and Campaign Managers is consistently reflected in execution and does not stall after launch.

  • Surface cross-campaign execution insights related to follow-through, funnel stage, and activation sequencing to inform improvements to lifecycle-informed execution standards.

  • Define, evolve, and maintain cross-campaign processes, templates, and operating rhythms that improve execution consistency and scalability across the Demand team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated campaigns or demand generation or related project management within a global organization.

  • Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-team marketing initiatives across functions and regions.

  • Strong understanding of how Demand organizations operate and how different marketing functions contribute to campaign execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, consistency, and follow-through through influence rather than authority.

  • Experience establishing execution processes, standards, and operating rhythms.

  • Working knowledge of project management and marketing technology tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or technology marketing.

  • Experience working with global or regional marketing teams.

  • Familiarity with integrated campaign frameworks and lifecycle concepts.

  • Strong process-oriented mindset with a track record of improving execution consistency.

Why You’ll Love This Role

This role offers broad visibility across the Demand organization and the opportunity to build the systems and standards that allow integrated campaigns to execute with clarity, consistency, and strong follow-through. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and helping teams operate as one, this role gives you the mandate to do exactly that.
