You’ll partner with global organizations to drive meaningful outcomes during the most critical phase of their journey with Drata—ensuring rapid time-to-value, adoption, and long-term success.
In this role, you’ll go beyond managing individual projects—you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, a mentor to peers, and a key contributor to the evolution of Drata’s implementation methodology. You’ll bring a unique blend of technical acumen, project leadership, and business understanding to help customers achieve their compliance goals efficiently and confidently.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver results at scale. We’re looking for someone who thrives on ownership, excels under ambiguity, and is motivated by seeing customers succeed. At Drata, you’ll join a mission-led team that moves with urgency, leads with empathy, and builds with intention. You won’t just implement software—you’ll help define what “world-class implementation” means in the compliance automation industry.

Program Ownership & Continuous Improvement:
Identify patterns and opportunities across implementations to evolve Drata’s onboarding methodology, tools, and playbooks.
Partner with PS leadership to operationalize metrics, refine delivery frameworks, and implement scalable best practices that enable consistency and repeatability across the team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor and executive-facing point of contact for customers, aligning business goals to implementation outcomes.
Anticipate customer needs, advocate internally, and guide strategic decisions to maximize the customer’s long-term success with Drata.
Technical Configuration & Solutioning:
Configure and optimize the Drata platform to align with complex enterprise environments, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to security and compliance requirements.
Partner with Solutions Architects and Product teams to troubleshoot challenges, validate designs, and ensure scalability across customer environments.
Mentorship & Enablement:
Act as a mentor, coach, and escalation point for Implementation Managers, sharing best practices and supporting professional growth.
Contribute to internal enablement through training materials, documentation, and collaboration sessions that improve organizational capability and knowledge sharing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless communication, effective handoffs, and a unified customer experience.
Represent the customer voice in internal discussions to drive continuous improvement and product innovation.
What you’ll bring:
7+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer delivery roles, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS implementations.
3+ years of experience leading enterprise or compliance-focused implementations, ideally in security, GRC, or identity and access management environments.
Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP, and how they translate to customer outcomes and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor peers, and influence both customers and internal stakeholders to drive success.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate concepts like APIs, integrations, and security configurations at a high level.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage technical and business leaders alike.
Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
