Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-quality document conversion processes and ensuring the technical accuracy of digital assets for our clients.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead document digitization projects by overseeing the sorting, prepping, and high-volume scanning of records to deliver high-quality, searchable digital images.

  • Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to optimize workflows and resolve technical indexing issues, ensuring timely project completion.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in document imaging, records management, or a high-volume production environment.

  • Strong knowledge of imaging hardware and software, including familiarity with professional-grade scanners and data entry applications.

  • Proven ability in technical problem-solving and maintaining high accuracy rates under tight production deadlines.

What We Offer

  • Rate of Pay: $18.75hr (paid bi-weekly)

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday
