This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret level.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Imagery Analyst to join our GEOINT team supporting our government customer. This role combines advanced imagery analysis with hands-on use of geospatial tools and machine learning workflows. The analyst will interpret multi-source imagery, produce and validate training data, and shape analytic datasets that enable AI and Computer Vision capabilities. You’ll also mentor junior analysts and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and mission partners to deliver accurate, mission-ready products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct imagery and geospatial analysis to identify, classify, and annotate features and targets using multi-INT and open-source data.
- Support AI/ML efforts through image labeling, data validation, and quality assurance for model training datasets.
- Utilize GIS tools to build, edit, and manage geospatial products and databases.
- Apply subject matter expertise in order of battle and infrastructure analysis across air, land, and maritime domains.
- Collaborate with training, quality, and annotation services leads, team leads, and annotation staff to improve data quality, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and communicate results through clear reports, visualizations, and briefings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of imagery or geospatial analysis experience within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense.
- Demonstrated expertise in order of battle analysis across air, land, and maritime domains.
- Proficiency with geospatial and imagery exploitation tools such as iSpy, ArcGIS, QGIS, SOCET GXP, RemoteView, ENVI, or ERDAS IMAGINE.
- Familiarity with machine learning data workflows, structured observation management, and annotated data creation.
- Strong communication and training skills with the ability to excel in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-INT data fusion and multi-modal imagery exploitation.
- Familiarity with ESRI ArcPro and extensions for advanced analysis.
- Experience managing or developing geodatabases.
- Exposure to Python scripting or geospatial data modeling.

Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
The base pay for this position within California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and for all other states is:
