About the Job: 

Are you ready to be a strategic HR Business Partner in a fast-growing, global, remote-first company? As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) at Zone, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies that directly impact business goals, employee engagement, and company culture. This hands-on, high-impact role blends strategic influence with tactical execution, giving you the opportunity to drive scalable HR initiatives, strengthen leadership capabilities, and support the organization through rapid growth and transformation. You’ll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver programs that empower employees, enhance performance, and foster a high-performing, mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do...
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on HR strategy, employee relations, and talent initiatives.

  • Lead and implement scalable programs across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and culture initiatives.

  • Support leadership development and coaching programs to build future-ready capabilities across the organization.

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion, consistency, and compliance.

  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention strategies that foster a strong company culture.

  • Lead cross-functional HR projects, including organizational change initiatives and global program rollouts.

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to assess impact, optimize programs, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Partner with payroll, compliance, and HR systems teams to maintain operational excellence and global scalability.

  • Champion continuous improvement, staying informed on emerging HR trends, tools, and best practices.

 What You'll Need...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with exposure to core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll, and compliance.

  • Proven experience leading global HR projects and initiatives in high-growth or hyper-growth environments, ideally in SaaS or fintech.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.

  • Expertise in talent management, leadership development, performance management, and leadership coaching.

  • Deep understanding of global payroll systems and HR tools/technologies for operational efficiency and compliance.

  • Strong analytical skills to leverage HR metrics for decision-making and program optimization.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining operational excellence.
