We are seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to performance management and talent development. This role will play a critical part in advancing strategic HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience, improve process efficiency, and support the growth of our people and culture.

As a key partner to HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will manage multiple initiatives that drive consistency, scalability, and innovation in our people programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for HR programs focused on the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to:
    • New hire onboarding and orientation enhancements
    • Performance management redesign or system rollouts
    • Employee engagement and recognition initiatives
    • Talent and career development frameworks
    • New country and/or entity setup
    • HR Compliance oversight for multi-state and global workforce
    • Integration of acquired businesses into HR programs, systems and processes
  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts, business leaders, and internal partners (e.g., IT, Comms, Legal) to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Drive project timelines, track milestones, and manage risk, resources, and communications.
  • Ensure alignment of programs with organizational values and change readiness.
  • Manage documentation, training materials, and communications to support adoption of new programs and processes.
  • Build project roadmaps and dashboards to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collect feedback and analyze program effectiveness, using data to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Support the integration of HR technology tools that enable more seamless employee lifecycle experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of HR project or program management experience, preferably with direct ownership of employee lifecycle or talent programs.
  • Deep understanding of core HR functions including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives across stakeholders and time zones.
  • Experience creating project plans, process maps, communication plans, and executive-level updates.
  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms (e.g.,Paylocity, Greenhouse, Culture Amp).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
  • Preferred Attributes:
    • Change management and/or Agile certification (e.g., Prosci, SAFe, Scrum Master).
    • Experience working in a global or multi-site organization.
    • Ability to balance strategy and execution with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with labor market data and geographic location.

Denver Pay Range
$125,000$135,000 USD
