We’re looking for a Senior GTM Leadership Development Program Manager to design, build, and facilitate leadership development programs for Zscaler’s GTM (Go-To-Market) organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Sales Leadership Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering scalable leadership development experiences for GTM leaders globally, rooted in Zscaler’s leadership principles and performance expectations
  • Applying certified coaching methodologies to support leader development through workshops, cohort-based learning, and 1:1 engagements
  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of leadership development initiatives—needs assessment, stakeholder alignment, content development, and measurement
  • Leveraging performance metrics, feedback, and learning data to continuously improve program impact and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with Sales, Enablement, HR, and Learning & Development to align leadership programs to business goals and career development paths

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, enablement, or leadership development
  • Proven experience as a sales leader with a strong understanding of GTM functions
  • Certified coach (ICF or equivalent) with demonstrated coaching experience
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in-person and virtual formats
  • Exceptional program design and project management capabilities

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience building global or enterprise-level leadership development programs and familiarity with leadership frameworks, adult learning principles, AI and innovative tools (examples: Synthesia, Prezi, Pittari, etc.), survey platforms, and data dashboards
  • Exposure to SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth tech environments
  • Experience selling into and/or leading a team selling into the Public Sector

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000$210,000 USD
